Each product is handcrafted and made with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, design placement, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Due to the hygienic nature of handmade press-on nails, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was received or your order arrived damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
